CBDa and Olive Oil

When it comes to human history with agricultural products, hemp and olives go way back. In 2014, archeologists unearthed clay pots with remnants of olive oil in them that are believed to be nearly 8,000 years old. There is archeological evidence that indicates hemp was being cultivated for medicine, food and fiber in China at least as far back as 4,000-5,000 years ago.

The advantages of whole flower CBDa are very similar to the advantages of processing olives for extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Both convey a wide array of phytonutrients (plant nutrients) in their natural state to the end product. EVOO is known to contain long, medium and short chain fatty acids, as well as several well studied beneficial vitamins and nutrients. Other oils, such as MCT, are highly processed leaving them less stable and containing far fewer beneficial phytonutrients.

At Circle Labs we use a low temperature process for making our CBDa oils which preserves the natural complexity contained in the hemp flower, much like processing olives for EVOO.

Circle Labs was founded on a marriage of modern science with historical herbalism, so the pairing of organic EVOO and CBDa came naturally.

Our goal was a product with the power of nature and the value of science and our CBDa oils do just that. So if you want the most from the plants, choose Circle Labs Whole Flower CBDa oils, and feel better now.
